Dees Supreme Signs MoU with Shenzhen to Strengthen Thailand–China Trade and Investment Opportunities
15 December 2025, Bangkok – Dees Supreme and the Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce Association of Thailand officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during a grand ceremony held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand, the 10th anniversary of the relationship between Shenzhen and Bangkok, and the inauguration of the 3rd Executive Committee of the Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce Association of Thailand.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Weng Lisheng, Executive President of the Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce Association of Thailand, and Mr. Vithit Arparpardh, CEO of Dees Supreme. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Torsak Chotimongkol, Chairman of the Advisory Board to the Governor of Bangkok, along with senior executives from both organizations and officials from the Department of International Affairs. The event was held at Shenzhen Tower Hotel, Bangkok.
This event marked an important platform for strengthening cooperation in economic development, trade, and cultural exchange, creating new opportunities for Thai and Chinese entrepreneurs to connect markets, expand investment, and exchange innovation. These collaborative efforts are expected to foster sustainable and mutually beneficial development, while further strengthening the close and enduring relationship between the two cities and the two nations.
Representatives from the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) delivered a presentation on Thailand’s investment promotion policies and incentives, providing valuable insights and building confidence among private sector participants from both countries. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to advancing bilateral economic cooperation in a tangible and meaningful manner.
